About the role
This is a Full Time position (with opportunity for additional incentives). We have an exciting Full Time Front Desk Agent position at one of the top Courtyard's in our country, set on the beautiful waterfront in Liberty Station/Pt Loma. We are looking for a reliable hospitality SUPERSTAR to join our service-focused team.
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly face of our hotel, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Efficiently manage room assignments and key distribution.
- Stay informed about hotel events, ensuring smooth guest experiences.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs seamlessly, creating memorable first and last impressions.
- Process payments and prepare accurate guest invoices.
- Keep the front desk organized, clean, and safe.
- Serve as the go-to expert for hotel amenities and local hotspots.
- Recommend top dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience with a talent for making people feel welcome.
- Previous hotel front desk experience is a plus but not required.
