Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and guest inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Aid with administrative tasks as needed
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
