Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Aid with administrative tasks as needed
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
