Overview
A Front Desk Agent at Golden Nugget is responsible for welcoming and providing friendly service to guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions.
- Register arriving guests by completing paperwork and obtaining payment information.
- Settle account balances of departing guests by accepting payment and handling cash drawer.
- Investigate and resolve general billing discrepancies.
- Respond to guest inquiries about entertainment or attractions and provide general information.
- Print and process routine reports.
- Assist other departments with their requirements related to hotel guests.
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior high-volume customer service experience
- One (1) year of hotel front desk experience preferred
