About the role

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to provide exceptional service to guests during breakfast hours. This role is ideal for someone committed to meeting and exceeding guest needs while thriving within LTD’s growing portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to all guests
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed daily
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates
• Stock coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers
• Set up serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and other paper products
• Arrange cold food items like pastries and cereals
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated
• Prepare and set up hot food items following menu requirements
• Wipe up spills promptly
• Restock items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage
• Return reusable food supplies to storage
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including removing trash, cleaning counters, cabinets, and floors
• Perform other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by the manager

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent attention to detail
