Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and complete the check-in/check-out procedure using the Property Management System.
  • Obtain and store pertinent information from guests.
  • Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
  • Identify guest needs and provide relevant information about hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment.
  • Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Take reservations from incoming callers and input all information into the hotel management system.
  • Update and cancel reservations in the system as requested by the guest.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Must be able to communicate effectively and possess excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Pay

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule

Morning Shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM
Evening Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM
Weekend Availability Needed
