Greet and communicate cordially with guests
- Promptly and professionally check in and out guests
- Absorb and respond to guest needs and requests
Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations
- Support reservation management when needed
- Block rooms for special requests
Know and manage charges
- Accurately post all charges using Front Office computer or manual system
- Manage cash handling, including receiving payments and providing correct change
Knowledge of hotel rates and procedures
- Have working knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and payment methods
- Handle reservations and cancellations according to hotel policies
- Take day reservations within 2 minutes
