Greet and communicate cordially with guests

  • Promptly and professionally check in and out guests
  • Absorb and respond to guest needs and requests

Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations

  • Support reservation management when needed
  • Block rooms for special requests

Know and manage charges

  • Accurately post all charges using Front Office computer or manual system
  • Manage cash handling, including receiving payments and providing correct change

Knowledge of hotel rates and procedures

  • Have working knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and payment methods
  • Handle reservations and cancellations according to hotel policies
  • Take day reservations within 2 minutes
