Clear Behavioral Health is dedicated to supporting individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges through compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care. We provide a full continuum of services, including detox, dual diagnosis treatment, residential and outpatient programs, and specialized mental health services, all delivered by a multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians and support professionals. Our person-centered approach focuses on treating the whole individual, while empowering clients with the tools, structure, and support needed to achieve long-term recovery and lasting stability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact supporting our outpatient programs, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and clinical staff while maintaining an organized and professional work environment.
- Facilitate daily operations and support a seamless client experience by managing front desk operations, scheduling client sessions and program services, and providing administrative support to the clinical team.
- Assist with operational needs by helping maintain an efficient, safe, and organized workspace and ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
- Client Interaction:
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Provide information about clinic services and policies.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage client check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance and collecting co-pays.
- Maintain and update client records accurately in the clinic's management system.
- Process and organize paperwork, including intake forms, insurance authorizations, and billing-related documents.
- Coordinate communication between clients and clinicians, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
- Office Management:
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
- Assist with faxing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Confidentiality & Compliance:
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of all client records and information.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with clinic policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1 year of front desk experience required.
- Associate degree preferred but not required.
- Experience working in the mental health field.
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of office equipment.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Apple iOS systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Computer competence (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Pay
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule
- Fully in-person
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
