About the role
Permanent, full-time position starting 1 September 2026, with orientation during the final week of August.
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Front Desk / Reception & Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for students, families, faculty, and visitors. In this key role, you will manage daily reception operations while providing essential administrative support across student records, transportation, and general office functions. You will coordinate school programs, events, meetings, graduation, and senior activities, and oversee office administration and supplies.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the academic year, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, leadership, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, families, faculty, and visitors
- Manage daily reception operations
- Provide administrative support for student records and transportation
- Coordinate school programs, events, meetings, graduation, and senior activities
- Oversee office administration and supplies
Requirements
- Prior experience in a school environment or administrative office (strong customer service or general administrative experience will also be considered)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
- Maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills
Pay
Maximum of $69,000, dependent on experience.
