About the role

The Guest Service Representative is a team member of the MainStay Suites Blue Ash location. This is a well-established Choice Hotels extended stay brand.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all hotel guests
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Manage reservations
  • Resolve any guest issues that arise
