Front Book Campaign Lead
About the role
This role owns the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of front book campaigns, with accountability for pipeline creation and revenue impact across platform, ISV, and embedded finance segments. You will partner closely with channel and content leads to shape the strategy and bring campaigns to life. This role works across teams, so success requires someone who's comfortable in a matrix environment, leans in as a problem solver, and shows up as a true team player.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end front book campaigns, driving strategy, execution, and measurable pipeline outcomes
- Translate commercial priorities into targeted, high-impact campaigns aligned to key accounts, verticals, and strategic partners
- Orchestrate multi-channel campaign execution across paid, owned, partner, and field channels with strong operational rigor
- Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Marketing to align campaigns to revenue goals
- Develop verticalized and platform-specific messaging that resonates with target buyers and embedded finance use cases
- Leverage insights and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and scale what works
- Collaborate with insights and analytics teams to inform future campaign strategy and improve effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management, preferably in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS
- Strong experience owning pipeline-generating campaigns and driving measurable revenue outcomes
- Deep knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and campaign orchestration tools
- Hands-on experience executing digital campaigns across email, web, paid media, and SEO channels
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence Sales, BD, Product, and Partner teams

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $113,600.00-$171,575.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
