Responsibilities
- Arrange for new sales talent to join the team.
- Coach and train all sales professionals, ensuring they meet their goals.
- Develop in-depth knowledge about mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, participate in trainings, and attend the PLACE Leadership Development program.
- Engage in the PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting process and implement relevant systems.
- Grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients.
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships while creating new campaigns.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure sales professionals are effectively utilizing database capabilities and leads.

- Experience in real estate sales with 5+ years of industry experience, and 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
