This role is based out of 3950 University Drive with partial remote flexibility. You will translate your existing skills into real estate, follow clear daily activity standards, and grow earnings over time. First-year full-time agents commonly earn $40,000–$60,000, depending on transactions closed.
Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding and licensing (if not yet licensed) with guidance on sequence and timelines.
- Apply your customer service or sales experience to real estate conversations.
- Follow daily activity standards for outreach, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Partner with operations to understand the contract-to-close process.
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews to keep deals moving.
- Build and maintain a personal database of contacts.
Requirements
- Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales.
- Licensed in Virginia or committed to obtaining a license quickly.
- High tolerance for a ramp period before income is consistent.
- Strong communication skills and follow-through.
- Willingness to work both from home and from the Fairfax office.
