Requirements

• High school diploma/general education degree (GED) and 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
• 3 to 6 months of employment experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical or machinery related experience and/or training preferred.
• 100% safety focused.
• Ability to read detailed work instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Focus on continuous improvement and Lean principles.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
