Requirements
- High school diploma/general education degree (GED) and 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
- 3 to 6 months of employment experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical or machinery related experience and/or training preferred.
- 100% safety focused.
- Ability to read detailed work instructions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Focus on continuous improvement and Lean principles.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
