Freshman Internship - Summer 2027

Internship Prerequisites

• Successfully completed freshman year of university/college studies
• Returning to school for sophomore year
• Possess and provide self-transportation to/from Gateway office and required local project sites
• Demonstrate the desire to grow personally and professionally

Responsibilities

• Environmental Health & Safety training with tiered certification
• Design Technology training
• Site Design training
• Plan/Spec Overview
• Client project site visits

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong and confident communication skills
• A commitment to lifelong learning and improvement
• Be coachable
• Exhibit organization skills
• The ability to efficiently manage his/her time
• Critical thinking
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
