Fresh Foods Pricing & Data Assistant Manager

About the role

Stauffers of Kissel Hill is a local and family-owned company that values teamwork, respect, integrity, commitment, and service. We are seeking a full-time Pricing & Data Systems Assistant Manager at our Corporate Office.

Responsibilities

• Completes inventory paperwork for retail and warehouse locations
• Completes reports for stores, buyers, or Scan Coordinator
• Works with Marketing and buyers to ensure ad accuracy
• Works directly with the Scan Coordinator on any projects and department enhancements
• Works with department managers/cashier managers to ensure proper pricing and with equipment issues
• Orders/Tracks Label Inventory for various programs
• Updates the Stauffers Online program to ensure it has up-to-date data
• Prepares signs, tags, labels for sales and other department needs
• Works with C&S to coordinate programs, pricing, and store support
• Works with outside program vendors (i.e., RTS, Instacart, AppCard, Mettler Toledo) to maintain and enhance programs
• Covers Retail Scan Team duties when needed (including high volume of work or vacations)
• Covers Administrative Assistant duties when needed (including high volume of work or vacations)
• Covers Pricing & Data System Manager duties for vacation or days off

Requirements

• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
• Business math, calculator, general office proficiency, and accuracy
• Advanced skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)

Qualifications

Commensurate with experience.
