Responsibilities
- Check vendors into and out of the store
- Ensure bakery oven is on for bakery use, if applicable
- Clean and replenish restrooms and lunchrooms with supplies
- Empty trash containers throughout the store
- Escort employees to the parking area during non-business hours, as needed
- Maintain related equipment and supplies
- Keep the store locked and secure during non-business hours
- Monitor refrigeration equipment and contact proper personnel in case of malfunctions
- Notify management of the need for major repairs
- Regulate light control and ensure gates are closed at designated times when closing the store
- Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, re-coat, and buff retail floor space
Requirements
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old
