Fresh Food Team Member - Shipping/Picking

About the role

Join the fast-paced, fun atmosphere in our Fresh Food Shipping & Picking team and help us get products out the door so our stores stay fully-stocked and customers stay happy. Your day-to-day will be busy as you unload trucks, select and put away product, and prep orders to meet daily production and shipping needs. You’ll use state-of-the-art equipment, stay organized, and ensure everything moves safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Pick Ready-To-Eat (RTE) orders for stores, fill totes, and ensure everything is labeled perfectly and ready to hit the road.
• Select bakery orders, fill totes, and label with care so every store gets the right treats, fresh and on time.
• Count and check incoming RTE products, verify labels, and receive items into inventory.
• Load totes and trays onto the right trucks to keep products rolling out to stores without a hitch.
• Assemble and wrap RTE items, ensuring everything is fresh, tasty, and ready to go.
• Keep picking areas stocked with finished products so the workflow never skips a beat.
• Package products into cases, stack pallets, and prep orders to make shipping smooth and easy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred.
• No licenses or certifications required.
• Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience may be considered.
