Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by properly zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, and removing damaged or outdated goods.
- Handles moves and displays goods in a safe and correct manner, tracking goods and maintaining instock levels.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking club pick-up orders, staging products, and performing occasional audits for accuracy.
- Manages inventory by using inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct way, reporting poor inventory practices and low instock levels, and performing occasional audits for accuracy.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner, reporting poor or unsafe conditions or practices in assigned areas.
- Proactively identifies customers who need help, actively engages them, and assists them with technology services and items.
- Models and helps others with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas, and takes steps to fix the problems.
- Respects the individual by embracing differences, creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected, and recognizing others' contributions and accomplishments.

Pay & Benefits
Competitive pay and performance-based bonus awards. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
