Responsibilities
- Operates forklift safely to pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets following company standards.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers, identifying deadlines, and adapting to feedback.
- Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow, correcting shelf capacities, and completing required documentation.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
- Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift and hazardous material procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Maintains sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning, stocking, rotating merchandise, setting up displays, processing defective goods, and monitoring shrink and security risks.
- Ensures club pickup orders are filled accurately and staged according to company policies.
- Handles inventory by moving and displaying goods safely, tracking stock levels, controlling shrinkage, and reporting inventory issues.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reporting unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions.
- Assists customers with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities, and maintains equipment and product organization.

- Delivers results with a customer-first mindset, balances priorities, and drives continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, such as based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
