Responsibilities

• Manage the LUSA transportation accessorial process as documented
• Reconcile variances in freight costs and freight invoice holds
• Assist with the management of freight payables
• Manage freight accessorial requests using electronic systems
• Reconcile variances in freight payables
• Assist with other related controllership functions as required
• Collaborate with various departmental colleagues including, but not limited to, Logistics Controllership, Logistics Operations, and various outside 3rd parties to align duties with the company's goals and values

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A major in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
• 2+ years in a relevant or similar position with related experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Freight Payables is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of truckload & LTL transportation is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and experience with customer interactions via phone/email is required.
