Responsibilities
- Manage the LUSA transportation accessorial process as documented
- Reconcile variances in freight costs and freight invoice holds
- Assist with the management of freight payables
- Manage freight accessorial requests using electronic systems
- Reconcile variances in freight payables
- Assist with other related controllership functions as required
- Collaborate with various departmental colleagues including, but not limited to, Logistics Controllership, Logistics Operations, and various outside 3rd parties to align duties with the company's goals and values
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A major in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
- 2+ years in a relevant or similar position with related experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Freight Payables is required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of truckload & LTL transportation is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and experience with customer interactions via phone/email is required.
