Freight Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented candidate to coordinate freight out of our Bedford, PA plant. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Work with LTL and TL companies to coordinate daily shipments
• Manage Asset Fleet of Box Trucks and Low Boy Trucks/Trailers
• Communicate with Plant Management and Sales on daily shipments/delays

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience preferred
• Strong organization and hands-on skills
• Previous high-volume manufacturing related experience preferred
• Enjoys problem solving
• Knowledge of freight and logistics companies
• Graduation from a standard high school, vocational school or equivalent is required
