Freight Audit and Pay Representative

Responsibilities

• Auditing freight bills against contractual terms and validating charges.
• Resolving discrepancies with carriers and escalating unresolved issues to leadership.
• Maintaining compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Documenting all resolutions and maintaining clear audit trails.
• Maintain performance goals related to volume, margin, and service levels.

Requirements

• 2-year degree preferred in supply chain or logistics.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in transportation.
• Experience with freight audit, or TMS systems is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage high volume transactions efficiently.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
