Freezer Reach Truck Operator

About the role

Position Overview Support community nourishment by replenishing warehouse product levels to ensure accessibility and efficient operations. Work Environment: Includes cold storage areas from -20° to 0°. Key Qualities: Safety-conscious, team player, committed to supporting community-focused work. Note: This role may involve standing, bending, lifting, and working at varying heights, with frequent lifting of products up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operating stand-up forklift/reach truck to move merchandise within the warehouse
• Tracking inventory with handheld devices and technology
• Stacking, rotating, and replenishing merchandise to fulfill orders
• Staging finished products and loading/unloading trailers
• Adhering to safety protocols and handling materials safely

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience operating material handling equipment, particularly reach trucks/stand-up forklifts
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
• Team-oriented with a focus on helping others
• Physical capability to lift and handle products weighing 1-60 lbs, often from floor to overhead
