Freezer Reach Truck Operator

About the role

Join our team as a Freezer Incentive Lift Operator and contribute to feeding local communities through warehouse support roles. Work environment: Cold storage areas at -20° to 0°, requiring standing, bending, lifting, and working on multiple levels. Ideal candidates: Experienced in material handling, safety-conscious, team players, and committed to supporting community-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operating stand-up forklifts/reach trucks to transport and stack merchandise
• Accurately tracking inventory with handheld devices
• Replenishing pick slots and staging finished products
• Loading and unloading trailers following safety protocols
• Occasionally lifting and handling products weighing 1-60 lbs., often from floor to overhead

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience operating material handling equipment, specifically reach trucks or stand-up forklifts
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for community support
• Ability to safely handle sharp objects and perform physical tasks
