Freezer Reach Truck Operator

About the role

Support warehouse operations by replenishing product levels to ensure accessibility and efficiency. Operate material handling equipment such as stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to transport and stage merchandise. Track inventory using handheld devices, and ensure accurate stacking, rotation, and replenishment of items. Follow all safety protocols, occasionally lift products weighing up to 60 lbs, and handle equipment safely in a cold storage environment (-20° to 0°). Contribute to safe, efficient daily warehouse functions, supporting community feeding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory and replenish pick and production areas.
• Stack, rotate, and stage merchandise, including loading/unloading trailers.
• Follow safety protocols and handle products safely, including occasional lifting and handling sharp objects.

Qualifications

• At least one year of material handling equipment experience, specifically reach truck/stand-up forklift.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Team-oriented with a passion for supporting community causes.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
