Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality products are available for members by maintaining clean shelves, temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
- Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
- Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
- Follow company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment operation and sanitation, Cold Chain procedures, cleaning, monitoring equipment, and reporting issues.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, such as based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
