Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality products are available for our members by maintaining clean shelves, controlling temperatures, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
- Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
- Maintain safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations.
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
- Follow food handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, follow Cold Chain procedures, clean freezer/cooler/deli areas, monitor equipment for proper operation, and report issues to management.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, such as based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
