Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team and play an important role in the operations and sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers that keep our product ready for our members. In the deli department, you’ll be on the front-lines of customer service—your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality products are taken care of and available for our members.
- Maintain clean shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products.
- Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
- Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
- Follow company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment operation and sanitation, Cold Chain procedures, cleaning, monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors, and reporting issues to management.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
