Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Position Summary

Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team and play an important role in keeping our product ready for our members. Ensure high-quality products are available, maintain temperature control, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs.
• Fulfills Company policies and procedures related to Freezer/Cooler area.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Follows safety standards and procedures.
• Handles and disposes of hazardous materials safely.
• Complies with food handling policies and operates, repairs, and sanitizes equipment.
• Monitors and reports issues related to freezer/cooler/deli area.

Qualifications

• Passes a background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with forklift spotting and handling.
• Knowledge of cold chain procedures and proper equipment operation.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
