Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team where you’ll play an important role in maintaining operations and sanitary conditions to keep our product ready for members. Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality products are available for members by maintaining clean shelves, temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment operation and sanitation, Cold Chain procedures, cleaning protocols, and monitoring freezer/cooler operations.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
