About the Role
Focus on patient-centered care, safety, and collaboration within a fast-paced emergency environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care by assessing, developing care plans, administering medications, interpreting diagnostics, and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver physical and psychological support, ensuring individualized care for diverse patient populations.
- Monitor patient conditions, communicate changes, and perform technical procedures while promoting excellent customer service and safety standards.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure (TN or compact state).
- BLS certification.
- ACLS and PALS within one year of hire.
- CPI within six months of hire.
- At least one year of ER experience.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless exempted.
Skills
