Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality, marketing-focused imagery throughout the event, including booth branding, product and activation details, team interactions, candid networking, speaking roundtable coverage, and team and group photos with physicians and clients.
- Create a professionally edited online gallery, high-resolution and web-optimized images, and marketing-ready assets for social channels, website, sales collateral, and future event promotion.
- Capture cinematic footage of the booth experience and roundtable, and conduct 10 physician interviews and 2-3 team interviews.
- Deliver short-form clips optimized for social media (vertical format) and two highlight reels—one horizontal for LinkedIn/website and one vertical for Instagram/TikTok.
- Edit all videos to include licensed music, basic graphics, captions as needed, and provide up to three rounds of revisions.
Requirements
- Mid-level photography and videography skills.
- Experience with marketing-focused content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their optimization techniques.
Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in a similar field.
- Experience with event photography and videography.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
