Freelance Event Photographer + Light Video Support IAGA Annual Conference | Orlando, Florida November 8–9, 2026 Golf Space Collective is seeking an experienced Orlando-area photographer to help cover the International Association of Golf Administrators Annual Conference at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. Applicants must be somewhat local to Orlando area IAGA represents state and regional golf associations throughout the United States and Canada. The conference brings together executive directors, senior staff, USGA representatives, sponsors and other golf industry leaders. This is primarily a photography assignment, with a small amount of straightforward video interview capture. Schedule Sunday, November 8 Cover a portion of the afternoon golf outingCapture golf action, group photos and candid interactionsCover the opening happy hour and conference kickoff that eveningProvide a selection of edited golf photos Sunday evening for participating associations to share on social media Monday, November 9 Provide coverage throughout the primary conference dayCapture speakers, educational sessions, exhibitors and sponsor activationsDocument networking, candid interactions and the overall conference environmentCover the Monday evening awards dinner Video Support In addition to photography, the selected creator will capture approximately five or six short interviews with attendees and sponsors. These interviews will be used as testimonials and promotional content for future IAGA conferences. The interviews will be relatively simple, but the creator must have the equipment and experience necessary to capture clean, professional audio.
