Event Photographer / Videographer

Our client is looking for an experienced event photographer/videographer to provide on-site coverage for an upcoming event in Glendale, AZ. This is a short-term event support assignment focused exclusively on capturing photography, videography, and short sound bites. The contractor will be responsible for bringing their own professional photography/videography equipment. There is no editing or creative production required. The contractor will capture the content and upload the final files to Frame.io. Event Date: September 2, 2026 Time: 11:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m Location: Glendale, AZ RESPONSIBILITES: - Capture high-quality event photography throughout designated portions of the fair - Capture video footage and short sound bites/interviews as requested - Capture opening remarks, speakers and attendees - Ensure footage and photography are properly captured and organized - Upload captured content to Frame.io REQUIREMENTS: - Professional experience with event photography and videography - Strong ability to capture professional corporate/event content - Ability to capture clean, usable audio/sound bites - Comfortable working independently with minimal direction - Ability to upload and organize files in Frame.ioIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
