Work hours will be around 50 hours a month depending on demand. The hours will fall under CET working hours, please make sure that you have the availability.****RESPONSIBILITIES**Own and execute end-to-end SEO projects, from diagnosis and roadmap creation to implementation guidance and performance trackingPerform technical and content SEO audits, identifying root causes impacting organic performanceTranslate business objectives and KPIs into actionable SEO plans aligned with client prioritiesPerform advanced keyword research, intent mapping, and competitive analysisDrive on-page and content optimization efforts in collaboration with strategists and content team when neededMonitor performance trends and proactively identify opportunities or risksEnsure SEO best practices are applied consistently across deliverablesConvert data into clear insights and recommendations for internal teams and clientsStay up to date with SEO and search industry developmentsAdhere to company information security policies and complete required security awareness training**QUALIFICATIONS**Proficient in English and German3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi-project environmentStrong, hands-on understanding of SEO fundamentals: technical SEO, website crawling & indexing, search performance analysis, keyword & intent research, and on-page optimizationProven experience working with Google Search Console and GA4, with the ability to extract insights and diagnose issuesAdvanced experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Similarweb, etc.Solid experience in technical SEO basics, including:HTML & CSS fundamentalsPage speed, Core Web Vitals, indexability, internal linking, and structured data conceptsStrong working knowledge of Excel / Google SheetsExperience creating or contributing to Looker Studio dashboards for SEO reportingAbility to analyze data and translate findings into clear next stepsAwareness of AI-assisted SEO workflows and openness to using AI to improve efficiencyUnderstanding of evolving search behaviors (e.g. AI Overviews, semantic search, topical authority)Curious, proactive, and motivated to test and learn new SEO approachesStrong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical mindsetClear communicator, able to explain SEO topics to non-SEO stakeholdersHigh sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detailIf you are interested in joining our team, please apply with your CV in English.*By applying to this job advertisement, you accept that you have shared your personal data within the scope of the clarification text we have provided at www.nmqdigital.com*NMQ Digital is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
