Freelance - Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Aid in the creation of visual designs, typography, visual concepts, logos, and icons.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop original campaigns.
• Integrate ideas across various mediums such as TV, print, and digital.
• Work independently and take ownership of projects within established timelines and project briefs.

Qualifications

• At least 4-7 years of experience in the agency space.
• A bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent portfolio school education focused on Design/art direction.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Strategic thinker capable of applying ideas across all channels.
• Bonus: Strong interest or experience in print production and packaging.
• Collaborative, hardworking, adaptable, with strong initiative.
• Rational yet innovative, with a naturally curious mind and passion for pixel-perfect design.
• Ready to collaborate with a group of talented individuals and learn from constructive feedback.
• No large or medium-sized egos; a teeny-tiny ego is preferred.
