About the role

This is an opportunity to contribute to digital product experiences that reach an enormous audience, working within a collaborative and fast-moving team environment.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience, with an agency setting preferred
• Bring a strong UI sensibility and visual design craft to digital product work, with complementary UX capabilities that inform and elevate your output
• Create and manage original, visually compelling work that is both on-brand and purposeful
• Establish and maintain visual design systems, with experience creating and deploying tokenized components for scalable design
• Adept at utilizing AI tools to inform and streamline the design process, from research to prototyping
• Collaborate effectively with clients and various teams within AKQA, contributing to a culture of openness and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• A compelling portfolio of work with clear evidence of strong UI craft across digital products and services
• A drive to break boundaries and craft the best ideas of their kind
• Fearlessly and boundlessly creative, relentlessly attentive to detail
• Strong proficiency with leading industry-standard UX design and prototyping tools
• Motion design skills are a welcome complement to your UI capabilities
