Freelance Presentation Designer

About the role

Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) and create high-quality presentations for real-world use cases. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with hands-on experience in visual communications, information design, and storytelling. As a Presentation Designer, you will focus on storytelling and visual hierarchy, using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma to turn raw data and narratives into compelling, persuasive slides and one-pagers.

Responsibilities

• Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences
• Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy
• Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency
• Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate‑meets‑creative style across all deliverables
• Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus

Requirements

• Strong portfolio featuring high‑end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization (not just basic templates)
• Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design
• Methodical, detail‑oriented approach and ability to work independently to transform complex narratives into premium visuals
• Hands‑on experience creating high‑end, premium corporate‑meets‑creative style layouts
• Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfection
• Self‑directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently
• English proficiency: Upper‑intermediate (B2) or above (required)
• CV must include a link to your portfolio featuring high‑end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization. Applications without a portfolio link, or without relevant presentation cases, will not be considered.

Skills

• Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks
• Design tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts
• Data & information design: Ability to translate complex data and multi
