Responsibilities
- Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences.
- Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy.
- Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency.
- Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.
- Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields (plus).
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks.
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts.
- Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
- Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) or above English proficiency (required).

- Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfection.
- A self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
