Freelance Capital Reserve Study Consultant, HUD Properties

GigBench has an active project for an experienced reserve study professional to conduct a capital reserve study for HUD properties in Santa Cruz, California. The engagement centers on an onsite inspection to determine and field measure common element component quantities and conditions, assessing each component to establish typical useful life and remaining useful life. The role includes documenting components through photographs and working directly with a reserve study field app and the client's reporting team to assemble the final deliverable. This is well suited to a consultant who is comfortable balancing hands-on field assessment work with structured data capture and collaborative report preparation, and who understands the documentation standards that come with HUD-affiliated properties.
