About the Role

We are looking to build out our network of freelance graphic designers for new and overflow work opportunities. Hiring is on a project or weekly contract basis.

Typical projects might include:

• Digital design concepts (websites, email, social)
• Website production including adapting existing designs to work well responsively, rolling out and preparing several pages for hand off to developers
• Print materials for events and marketing materials
• Annual Appeals and Impact Reports
• Logo design and style guide development

Responsibilities

• Approach projects thoughtfully, with client goals in mind
• Produce highly polished designs with attention to detail
• Collaborate with and take direction from a small team
• Follow our process and standards
• Work reliably and meet deadlines

Requirements

• At least 3 years of design experience
• Proficient in Sketch and the Adobe design suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat)
• Website design experience and a portfolio to showcase it
• Knowledge of print production (ability to prepare files for printing) is a plus
