About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and installation of office furniture and furnishings
• Coordinate procurement services for packaged office solutions, cubicle systems, desks, chairs, credenzas, cabinets, filing systems, and shelving
• Provide configuration planning and space planning for commercial and school office settings
• Collaborate with supplier brokers, purchasing agents, and interior design consultants
• Oversee interior decorating and project management from planning through installation

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design consulting or project management for commercial furnishings
• Knowledge of office furniture systems including cubicles, desks, filing systems, and shelving
• Familiarity with procurement and supplier coordination processes
• Ability to manage delivery logistics and installation scheduling
• Strong space planning and configuration planning skills
