Commercial Interior Installer

About the role

LB Contract Supply is a fast-growing innovator in the construction supply and install market, specializing in commercial interiors. This full‑time, in‑person position is based in Madison, WI, working Monday‑Friday on commercial window coverings and interior finishes projects. You will serve as a vital member of our Field Operations team, transforming commercial spaces through the precise installation of high-quality interior finishes. This role offers you the autonomy to work on diverse projects while receiving the training and support needed to quickly advance into leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial window shades, blinds, and drapery systems
• Read basic layouts and project drawings
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Work on active commercial construction sites
• Complete light finish work including trim, caulking, and touch‑ups
• Communicate with project managers and team members using mobile technology
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• As a Lead Installer, lead or assist installation crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards

Requirements

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled trade

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, installation, warehouse or general labor
• Previous experience with window coverings, carpentry, framing, or metal stud
• Familiarity with active commercial job site protocols and safety standards

Pay

$17 to $20+ per hour (based on experience) plus year‑end bonus.

Schedule

Monday – Friday.
