Fraud Analyst

About the Opportunity:The Fraud Analyst role is part of the Risk team responsible for investigating and resolving fraud related to the corporate card, spend management products, and travel marketplace. This position plays a critical role in protecting the organization and its clients by managing fraud cases from detection to resolution with thoroughness and efficiency. 3. Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve fraud cases including card fraud, application fraud, and travel marketplace disputesTriage Early Fraud Warning alerts to prevent escalationManage card disputes and chargebacks through documentation, representment, and resolution stagesDocument cases to standards suitable for Suspicious Activity Report filingDetect and escalate fraud patterns such as fraud rings and behavioral clustersCollaborate with Member Support, Legal/Compliance, and Credit teams on significant fraud eventsAssist in developing standard operating procedures and playbooks 4. Requirements:Experience investigating fraud cases from alert to resolution in card, application, or identity fraudFamiliarity with chargeback and dispute processesStrong written documentation skills for regulatory standardsAbility to identify patterns across multiple casesExperience with Salesforce or similar case management softwareExperience with fraud detection platforms (e.g., SEON, Kount) is a plusAwareness of BSA/AML and SAR filing support is a plusCertified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is a plus but not required 5.
