Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of the Phlebotomy and PCT Programs
  • Manager schedules, classroom/lab logistics, and resources
  • Ensure alignment with institutional policies
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external standards
  • Aid in accreditation and grant reporting and documentation
  • Support curriculum delivery and course coordination
  • Aid in Program Review and Learning Outcome Assessment
  • Assist with recruitment and outreach efforts
  • Advise students on Program progression
  • Monitor student performance and coordinate interventions
  • Care for clinical placements and site relationships
  • Coordinate clinical requirements and monitor clinical performance
  • Issue resolution
  • Maintain student and Program records
  • Track outcomes (completion, employment, certification)
  • Generate reports for institutional use
  • Liaise between Faculty, Administration, and Clinical Partners
  • Support Adjunct Faculty coordination
  • Support Program evaluation and quality improvement efforts
  • Analyze outcomes to inform changes

Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years of teaching experience, required
  • Experience in clinical education and/or coordination, preferred
  • Experience with accreditation or compliance, preferred
  • Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning recognized by the US Department of Education, required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Health-Related field, preferred
  • Current American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification, required
