Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of the Phlebotomy and PCT Programs
- Manager schedules, classroom/lab logistics, and resources
- Ensure alignment with institutional policies
- Maintain compliance with internal and external standards
- Aid in accreditation and grant reporting and documentation
- Support curriculum delivery and course coordination
- Aid in Program Review and Learning Outcome Assessment
- Assist with recruitment and outreach efforts
- Advise students on Program progression
- Monitor student performance and coordinate interventions
- Care for clinical placements and site relationships
- Coordinate clinical requirements and monitor clinical performance
- Issue resolution
- Maintain student and Program records
- Track outcomes (completion, employment, certification)
- Generate reports for institutional use
- Liaise between Faculty, Administration, and Clinical Partners
- Support Adjunct Faculty coordination
- Support Program evaluation and quality improvement efforts
- Analyze outcomes to inform changes
Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of teaching experience, required
- Experience in clinical education and/or coordination, preferred
- Experience with accreditation or compliance, preferred
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning recognized by the US Department of Education, required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Health-Related field, preferred
- Current American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification, required
