Franchise Sales Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Franchise Sales Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This remote opportunity is focused on driving franchise candidate sourcing and strengthening pipeline performance in a competitive consumer-facing market. The role partners closely with leadership and recruiting stakeholders to identify priority markets, improve candidate experience, and support business growth through effective relationship-building. You will also use data, reporting, and CRM tools to manage activity and help the team make informed hiring decisions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,000 – $169,100 annually Responsibilities Manage franchise lead activity using Salesforce Identify recruiting focus areas to enhance market share Develop relationships with franchise candidates to create an optimal candidate experience Contribute best practices to the recruiting team Network extensively to source candidates Develop reporting metrics and manage candidate pipelines Collaborate with leadership to select candidates aligned with business goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience Previous sales experience in long sales cycle processes or consumer goods Solid understanding of Salesforce for lead management Exceptional communication skills with passion and integrity Strong closing, interviewing, and negotiation skills Track record of sourcing successful candidates Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Benefits Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid time off and tuition reimbursement Employee discounts on tools and products Well-being programs and support Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
