About the role
The Franchise Operations Consultant supports Franchisees and Center Managers, providing coaching to meet or exceed Sales, Car Count, and Customer Experience metrics. This role focuses on improving franchisee performance and profitability while maintaining Meineke's brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve position goals, timelines, and KPI metrics through coaching all franchisees in a geographic territory (East/Central US)
- Support through in-center visits and virtual coaching sessions (60%+ travel required)
- Conduct market meetings and peer-to-peer focus groups to deliver training on company initiatives impacting performance and increasing engagement
- Utilize observations and data-driven insights to provide directional coaching to improve sales, production, quality, and customer experience improvements
- Use available reports and tools to improve gross profit, reduce expenses, and maximize EBITDA to improve franchisee profitability
- Document all activity in FranConnect, including but not limited to additional Meineke Operations tracking, Center Visit, and Virtual Coaching Forms within 48 hours of all franchisee contact occurrences
- Interface with all support departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to franchisees' needs and questions to ensure franchisee satisfaction
- Focus on strategic and tactical processes to improve the center's customer experience through measurable systems
- Provide oversight to ensure franchisee compliance to brand obligations for quality, image, and service and escalate as needed
- Complete annual certification, visits, and action plans to achieve system-wide benchmarks, determined annually
- Attend Meineke Annual Convention and drive franchisee attendance to the event, participate in Meineke Operations & Training meetings, and any other corporate organized events as needed
- Create, use, and deliver appropriate communication and technologies (via video, PowerPoint, Excel, webinar, L&D platform, BI tools, etc.) to maximize communication with franchisees and employees with respect to operations plans, strategies, projects, tools, and technologies
- Communicate and implement new/current company initiatives
- Ensure the timely and accurate reporting for the territory
- Understand and deliver the obligations within the franchise agreement
Requirements
- 7 years Automotive experience in sales, service, or operations
- 2 years of multiunit management experience (plus)
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and implement positive change to drive the best results for the company
- Knowledge and understanding of point of sales systems and other software solutions
- Understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Google Docs (preferred)

$66,500.00 - $118,800.00 per year
Schedule
Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
