About the role
The Franchise Marketing Manager at Fazoli’s will report directly to the Head of Marketing and support all aspects of marketing to drive profitable same-store sales (SSS) and build brand relevancy.
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Team in executing key tactics that increase restaurants’ profitable topline sales and brand relevancy.
- Manage all System (Corporate and Franchise) media plans and Local Marketing Budgets to meet SSS goals with a focus on profitability.
- Partner with the media agency to establish guidelines, timelines, and creative versioning for Corporate and Franchise media plans.
- Serve as the key marketing liaison to all Corporate and Franchise Operators, managing creative requests, feedback, and field relations.
- Act as the primary liaison to marketing vendors, including POP and Media Agency.
- Contribute to cross-functional Project Teams for marketing execution of tests, special projects, and promotional rollouts.
- Maintain and update ship lists, store location lists, and location listings/reviews management tools.
- Assist the Digital Team with CRM platforms, including websites, SMS, e-clubs, and app-based loyalty programs.
- Handle administrative duties such as budget maintenance, meeting agendas, notes, and project management requests.
- Maintain and update project status and activities through a project management platform.
- Direct New Restaurant Marketing Plans and assist with marketing-related functions for openings.
- Manage Local Restaurant Marketing plans and support materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field (required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Franchise restaurant marketing.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Asana, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Understanding of Franchise Business (a plus).
Schedule
This is a full-time, remote position requiring up to 25-50% travel, including overnight travel.
