What You'll Do
- Support marketing efforts for new territory launches from pre-sale through first season
- Help franchisees build relationships with schools, community organizations, and local partners
- Affiliate with grassroots marketing initiatives, including events, community outreach, and local promotions
- Cook up and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other marketing channels alongside our internal agency partners
- Build and manage marketing calendars, including email campaigns, social media content, and seasonal promotions
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees on local marketing best practices
- Create and maintain simple, scalable marketing tools, resources, and playbooks
- Track key performance metrics including leads, conversion rates, and retention
- Share successful marketing strategies and best practices across the franchise network
What You Bring
- 2 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably supporting franchise, multi-location, community-based, or consumer-facing businesses
- Understanding of both digital and grassroots marketing tactics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with paid social and digital advertising platforms
- Comfortable working directly with franchisees, business owners, or local operators
- Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Passion for community engagement, youth programs, outdoor recreation, or mission-driven brands is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience
