Franchise Inventory Clerk: Hours Varies, Multiple Shifts

Job Summary

Buffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi and Keurig Dr Pepper bottler. The Inventory Clerk is a key member of the Warehouse Operations team responsible for all aspects of inventory control.

Essential Functions

• Ensure proper product rotation.
• Enter and maintain all inventory transactions.
• Check incoming and outgoing loads for accuracy.
• Verify BOL's, inventory transaction reports, and loading reports for accuracy.
• Verify BOL's against billings.
• Manage inventory transfers between warehouses.
• Review product for date coding.
• Take daily inventory count and process to host system.
• Resolve any discrepancies with proper parties.
• Check all built pallets prior to loading on delivery vehicles.
• Calculate and record inventory transactions dealing with product rework.
• Wear all assigned safety equipment and observe safety rules.
• Complete other activities assigned by supervisor.

Work Environment

Inside and outside working conditions where temperatures will vary from extreme heat to extreme cold, working in rain or snow, all for extended periods.

• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Slip Resistant Shoes and any other PPE required as a result of a job hazard analysis.
• Physical demands are labor-intensive, requiring standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing up and downstairs throughout shift, and working in a warm environment, especially during summer months.
